The Muskie girls’ hockey team has seen success in tournament play so far this season—a trend that continued over the weekend in Portage la Prairie, Man.
The black-and-gold finished the round-robin portion of the tournament in first place overall, which put them into the final.

The Muskie girls’ hockey team finally got the monkey off their backs.
After a pair of tournament-final losses in Altona and Dryden last month, the Muskies took the next step with a 5-2 win over their NorWOSSA rivals, the Kenora Broncos, in the final of the first-annual Saints Christmas Classic in Portage La Prairie, Man. on Saturday.
